Who is this 6-week course for?
For anyone who has never tried out Meditation and wants to give it a go or for anyone who has tried but keeps stopping and needs some encouragement.

What is involved in the course?
-How to Meditate
-Why you should meditate
-Support and encouragement
-Casual relaxed and friendly space sitting in chairs (no sitting on the floor and just regular clothes - we are not doing yoga )
-Practical classes where we learn different techniques each week
-Homework - where you get to practice at home what you’ve learnt in class and share what you’ve learnt with family and friends and help them to conquer their anxiety and stress
