Cacao Ceremony x Elemental Embodiment

Get set to enjoy a smooth blend of elemental music, from tribal and shamanic beats, deep house, drum n'bass, amazonian healing songs, mantras and much more. This transformative dance journey + cacao ceremony is an opportunity to connect deeply with self + others in the most beautifully profound way that words cannot express. It’s time to reignite your inner flame with this Februarys full moon in Leo. Open to all genders + ages (over 16)!

C E R E M O N I A L C A C A O

At the beginning of this session, we will introduce to you ceremonial cacao. As well as being incredibly delicious, ceremonial cacao helps us to ground, open our hearts + enhance our dance experience. Your co-facilitators of this event will lovingly prepare the cacao with great respect for the indigenous wisdom keepers of this master plant medicine, infusing it with their prayers, songs and love during the whole preparation process. We ask that you please make sure to bring your own drinking vessel + inform us of any allergies, heart conditions +/ pregnancy trimester atleast 48h prior to the event.
* Please note we will be adding a small amount of GF plant milk + RSF sweetener to the elixir.

E L E M E N T A L E M B O D I M E N T

You are invited to this safe, playful, open space, where all of you is welcomed. In this session, you will gently be guided to breathe, release, recharge and move as you feel with the energies under this February full moon. This movement invites you to step into your body fully + out of your mind. Our conditioned behaviours + thoughts distract us from the creative expression + energy that is waiting to be seen within the body. By dropping in to our own unique essence of authentic movement, slowly we begin to awaken this internal creative force + experience a profoundly healing experience felt on a deep cellular level. There are no rules to this dance, it just asks you to stop the mind chatter + start to listen to the wisdom within.

We do not offer ticket refunds, but if you are unable to attend due to an emergency and you let us know 24h prior to the event, we can give you a credit note for the value of your ticket to use for one of our future events.

GUIDELINES :

- You are asked not to talk during the dance and cacao ceremony. This is an immersive experience and a conversation-free space. There will be plenty of time to talk before and after.
- Phone free zone. Please keep your phones off/silent.
- Respect: Please take responsibility for yourself and be mindful of other individuals personal space

WHAT TO BRING :

- a water bottle
- comfortable and warm clothes (layers recommended)
- a blanket for comfort + warmth during the integration process at the end
- drinking vessel for ceremonial cacao
