Join us for an enriching, wisdom-filled evening and learn how to transform beyond unproductive reactive patterns and tap your own deep source of wellbeing with the power of mindfulness.
The talk will include meditation, guidance and discussion as we explore deep being and learn the secret of navigating the present for greater empowerment and wellbeing. Whether you are new or not to mindfulness, join us as Leigh will be taking questions from beginner to advanced level and is keen for us to connect as a mindful community.
