We’ve broken down our Workplace Wellness Program into 3 packages ; Well-being, Nutrition + Movement.
Well-being
Within our well-being package we offer a range of workshops, classes, tools, tips + signposting to help employees deal with stress + anxiety, build positive relationships with others, as well as themselves and help restore optimism to both the individual and the workplace.
Mental well-being doesn’t mean being happy all of the time and never experiencing distress. A healthy amount of stress can actually be beneficial in building resilience, we help aid your employees so they are able to cope well in the face of adversity + see growth from feedback and opportunities. When we focus on the sense of feeling good about ourselves and being able to function well as individuals and in teams, we have a greater sense of purpose and feel valued. When we feel valued, we naturally want to do more than what’s expected and thus produce greater results.

Movement
Physical well-being is integral for our ability to not only feel good but to function effectively. We understand that work and life can get busy and sometimes taking care of our physical self in our daily routine may seem somewhat impossible. This is where we can help! Within our movement package we are able to provide various solutions from facilitating daily group fitness classes, personal training sessions, organising team sporting events, express lunchtime Pilates, or corporate fitness challenges.

Nutrition
Your brain requires sufficient nutrients to function normally, so you literally are what you eat. A healthy balanced diet can boost your brain power and unfortunately a large proportion of the working population struggle to nourish themselves. This can be due to lack of knowledge, time and/or motivation. Our nutrition package offers a range of workshops, classes and therapies to better equip individuals to manage stress, eat for energy and understand how to nourish their bodies and brains.
