-Arrive 15 mins before where we will gather in circle and set intentions for the shamanic journey. I will drum for you and afterwards we can share our experience in circle over a pot of seasonal tea. Bring a journal, pen, blanket, pillow and comfy clothes as we’re sitting and lying on the floor. Bring a friend for this truly magical experience! Whether you have journeyed one hundred times, or this is your first, YOU are very welcome. It may seem a little daunting, but I promise you are in great hands and will be so welcome.
