~ Apple cider vinegar mimosa

~ ‘Tunah’ sweetcorn + cucumber sandwiches

~ Cream ‘cheese’, smoked carrot lox + dill on rye crisp-bread

~ Wild garlic, tomato, red onion + smoked ‘cheese’ quiche

~ White chocolate topped croissants with pistachio, coconut + edible flowers

~ Fruit salad parfait
